Pets under 100 lb: $400
Pets 100+ lb: $500
Quality-of-life consult only: $250
There is a $100 discount off cost of euthanasia if performed within 2 months of consult.

Cremation
Individual cremation: Pet’s ashes are individually cremated and returned to you. Includes a cedar urn, one clay pawprint, one ink pawprint, and a fur clipping.
Communal (group) cremation: Pet is respectfully cremated along with other animals; ashes are not returned.

Pre-appointment oral sedatives
Oral sedatives can be provided to help keep your pet calm even before I arrive. Please note – I must have a phone consult and a visual exam in order to prescribe medication. This is no charge.

Drop off meds at your house (available in city of Salem): $20 total cost for consult, meds, and delivery
